I studied piano with a neighbor - an elderly woman who always wore colorful clothes and loved both the piano and the Electone. I studied with her from the age of 5 to 17. Beyer -> Burgmüller -> Sonatina/Sonata, Czerny ( ->50), J. S. Bach ( -> WTC I), and famous popular works/pieces of Chopin, Beethoven and other famous composers.
I played electric bass in a rock pop band during high school.

I enjoyed playing the piano myself and listening to performances by other members.
-> I studied Jazz* or Classical piano at different times at Kawai Omotesandou etc. while working.
Jazz(* To learn music theory.)I knew nothing about Jazz but I enjoyed lessons from fascinating teachers - who also had jobs outside of music.I joined a small free jazz band playing in Nishiogi etc.ClassicI enjoyed learning classical piano from a veteran female teacher - I didn't know her music background since she didn't talk about it.
